The presentation will be held at the Ridge Building, 2142 Freeport Road, North East, PA 16428 aboard the Mellon Heritage Veterans Outreach and Wellness Campus. All Active Military, Veterans, First Responders and their guests are invited to a light lunch, sponsored by Port Erie Plastics, at 11:30 a.m. The presentation will begin at noon.
